Summer has officially announced its arrival, bringing along lots of sun and warm weather. This means that people are spending as much time outside as possible – shorts, vests and sandals have finally been brought out from the bottom of the wardrobe.

So what steps can you take to stay smart this summer and keep your skin looking and feeling healthy?

  1. Use High Quality Skin Care Products

It’s likely that your skin might start to feel like it needs some TLC during the summer. Why spend all your time cooking your skin in the sun, or causing damage using sunbeds, when you can add a little colour from a bottle? There is no need to pick the darkest colour, just apply a gradual tan that builds up over time. Not a fan of fake tan? You can buy moisturisers that give your body a little bit of colour.

Water! It’s important to keep yourself and your skin hydrated when the weather is warm outside. Yummy fruits such as watermelon and strawberries are full of water – around 92% per volume. Other fruits include grapefruits and pineapple – so eat as much as you want!
