If the temperature inside is much warmer than it is outside, your skin may become easily irritated, causing broken capillaries from the temperature shock. When at home, wear slippers or warm socks to prevent feet getting cold. When bathing or showering, be sure to avoid using extremely hot water as this will strip the natural moisture from skin and hair, resulting in dry and irritated skin cells.
