After placing an order you will receive an automatic e-mail from SkinStation confirming that we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order as our medical team will need to review the items ordered before we can dispatch them. If any of the items ordered are prescription-only items, then you will need to complete a telephone consultation with a member of the medical team before those items are dispatched. Please note that our medical team reserve the right to decline to fulfil your order if it is deemed that the products ordered are unsuitable. Where possible, the medical team will suggest alternative products that may be more appropriate for you to use and for you to achieve your desired outcome. If this is the case, and you wish to change your order, we will alter your order accordingly and either credit or debit you for the difference. You will be sent an email confirming the change to your revised order details and you will be dispatched the products.
We contract to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to the delivery address given when you placed the order. For orders to the UK and Channel Islands, we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and, in most cases, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days following dispatch. In some cases delivery may take longer and the customer must allow up to 14 days for receipt of their order. After 14 days, the SkinStation will re-send a replacement order free of charge.
Please note that you must sign for your order upon receipt. This is a contractual obligation on the part of the customer and is confirmation that the goods have been delivered to the addressee. Signed receipt of delivery must be made by the addressee.

Prices, payment & delivery
The price payable for the goods is the price indicated on the website, plus VAT for applicable regions. Payment will be taken prior to dispatching the goods.
Customers must provide a valid billing address that matches the address to which their debit or credit card is registered. Failure to do so may result in the transaction being rejected by the payment provider. If an invalid address is provided, SkinStation may ask the customer to provide supporting documentation as proof of billing address, such as, a debit or credit card statement or a utility bill.
Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery is free to the UK and Channel Islands, but charges may apply for other European countries.
All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service and must be signed for upon receipt by the addressee. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be held at a local mail centre for collection or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to the SkinStation. If an item is returned, SkinStation will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery to the same or an alternative address. SkinStation reserve the right to charge the customer for postage costs for any re-delivery of items.
Delivery of items is done using a third party, so SkinStation cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. The majority of orders are delivered within 1-5 working days, however, customers must allow up to 14 working days for delivery before SkinStation will re-send an order. For orders outside of Europe, we ask customers to allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Any orders that contain a prescription only item (a medicine) will require the customer to have a consultation with a member of our medical team. This will involve the customer providing personal information about their medical history and consenting to the use of the products. The customer will be advised as to the suitability of the products and on their proper use.
Orders containing prescription-only items, will only be dispatched once the customer has completed a consultation. SkinStation will attempt to contact the patient on the telephone number provided and at the time specified by the customer at the time of placing the order. SkinStation will attempt to contact the customer at least once per day and in the event that SkinStation cannot reach the customer, the customer must make all reasonable effort to contact the SkinStation during the normal business hours.
You agree to us acting as your agent in the delivery of the goods. The point of purchase is Guernsey in the Channel Islands, and you agree that the subsequent importation of all medicines is by yourself and for your own personal use.
SkinStation reserves the right to cancel any orders received at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. If SkinStation does cancel an order the customer’s card will automatically be refunded.
The fee for prescription products includes the Pharmacist, the cost of the product, the Pharmacy dispensation, Doctors prescribing fee and administration fee. Fee's are collected by agency arrangement with the Pharmacy.
Any order that contains a prescription request will only be dispatched once a consultation has taken place.
Unfortunately, the Pharmacist will advise a list of countries that prescription products can't be dispatched too.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Prescriptions for registered patients only
Prescription request are only available to patients registered with The Aesthetic Skin Clinic. By acknowledging that you are a patient of the practice you confirm that you are willing to submit to providing information for examination for the medical team to make the necessary assessment to allow a pharmacist to prescribe.
Following your consultation, one of our Doctor's will issue you with a prescription for your prescription-only products, which we will keep on file. You will also be issued with a series of repeat prescriptions which are required for you to complete your Obagi program or other treatment course. Whilst we hold repeat prescriptions for you on file, you will not need a further consultation, unless you order a different product or your medical history changes. Each time a product is dispensed and dispatched to you, a prescription is used up. You can continue to re-order your products until you have used up all of your repeat prescriptions for that particular product. Should you wish to continue with your treatment program after you have used up your repeat prescriptions, then you will have to have a new consultation with a member of our medical team before any further products can be dispatched to you.
Right to return goods
If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We will only send out new products to you that are in prime condition. If you receive your package to sign for from the post office and it appears to be damaged, then please inspect the contents before signing for it. If the contents appear to be damaged then decline to sign for the package and it will be returned to us. We will issue you with an immediate replacement.
After signing for the package, should you subsequently find that any of your products are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the goods to us in their original packaging. We will issue you with a replacement product upon receipt of the returned goods.
