• Get that daily SPF: when you’re in your menopausal stage, your skin can be more prone to sun damage. Your body produces less protective melanin and collagen and it makes your skin thinner and unable to fully protect itself from sun damage. If you’ve been skipping your sunscreen during your pre-menopausal stage, now’s the time to make sure that you lather yourself up with that daily dose of SPF before heading outdoors.
Getting menopausal skin is normal and people who reach menopause will definitely experience the ups and downs of this stage of life.
