IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE

Following the exit of Great Britain from the EU, customs rules decree that your purchase takes place before the goods reach the Customs border. 

You are therefore treated as the importer, which makes you liable to pay any local VAT and import taxes on orders.

Do not process your order if you are not willing to accept these charges.

All orders that are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For will require a signature on delivery.

Prescription Medicines

We cannot allow prescription medicines to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the pharmacy.

If you have unwanted prescription products, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. 

 

Non-Prescription Goods

If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods minus any postage cost. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred. Please include a note in the box stating your name, order number, contact details and your reason for returning the product, to the address below;

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account. Returns postage cost is covered by the patient.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

 

Incorrect Item Delivered

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

 

Refused & Undeliverable Orders

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs www.skinstation.co.uk has incurred in sending the order out to you.
