Our prescription service is delivered in partnership with our registered online clinic. Complete a short online consultation about your skin and medical history.

A GMC-registered prescriber will review your response and, where appropriate, issue a prescription.

You must be aged 18 or over to use our prescription service. The service is available to customers living in the UK.

A qualified prescriber will assess whether a tailored recommendation is appropriate and safe for your skin.

3. HOW DO THE CONSULTATIONS WORK?

Consultations take place via telephone and consist of a series of questions about your skin concerns, medical history, current medications and lifestyle. This helps the prescriber understand whether prescription skincare is suitable for you.

4. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PRESCRIPTION ITEMS?

Once your prescription has been issued, you'll receive an email confirmation. You can then log in to your account and add the prescription products to your basket and checkout as normal.

We'll dispense your order and deliver it directly to you.

If your prescription expires, you'll need to complete a new consultation to obtain a valid prescription.
